Paul’s PA and race secretary to the team, Hannah looks after the logistical side of the team with regards to travel co-ordination, budgets, team movements and attends the Race meetings carrying out various roles as well as keeping Paul’s hectic diary.
Former Crew Chief to Shane Byrne and Glenn Irwin, Johnny assumes the responsibility of Team Co-ordinator. He has worked for PBM for over ten years and has been responsible for much of the team’s success in recent years. He has worked with the likes of Tom Sykes, Noriyuki Haga, Ben Bostrom. Michael Rutter and John McGuinness in the past.
Previously in charge of the MotoGP bikes’ technical development, ‘The Doc’ is responsible for the ongoing development of the team’s bikes and technology with his vast swathes of knowledge and experience. He liaises closely with Ducati Corse as they jointly share responsibility for the success of Ducati at BSB level.
Giovanni worked with Shakey in World Superbikes previously and the pair have always enjoyed a good working relationship, which heralded the British title last season. After Shakey was injured testing, Giovanni is now working closely with Andrew Irwin and early results have been very encouraging.

Ryan assumes the mantle of Crew Chief for fellow Ulsterman Glenn Irwin having re-joined PBM for whom he worked previously. A former BSB racer who also won the 2015 Irish Superbike Championship, Ryan worked with Broc Parkes during the Australian’s MotoGP tenure with PBM.
