PBM RACING MARKS 30TH ANNIVERSARY

PBM Racing, the most successful team in British Superbike Championship history, is celebrating its 30th anniversary, 30 days to the start of the 2026 season, marking three decades at the forefront of British motorsport.

The milestone season honours the legacy of the team’s founder Paul Bird, while unveiling a bold new era under the leadership of Jordan and Frank Bird.

Since its formation in 1996, PBM has become a dominant force in the British Superbike Championship, securing nine BSB titles, more than 150 race wins, and a reputation for excellence across multiple racing disciplines.

Speaking ahead of the season starting, Jordan Bird, Team Co-Owner, said: “Reaching 30 years is an incredible milestone for PBM. This team has achieved so much, and we’re immensely proud of the legacy our dad built. But 2026 is more than a celebration, it’s the start of a new chapter. We’re committed to pushing PBM forward with fresh ideas, renewed ambition, and a real desire to bring our supporters even closer to what we do.”

Frank Bird, Team Co‑Owner, adds: “Our father created something truly special, and it’s a privilege to carry that forward. The 30th anniversary gives us a moment to reflect, but it also marks the beginning of a new era for PBM. We want fans and partners to feel part of that journey, and we’re excited to share the unique opportunities we have planned for the season.”

PBM Racing is the most successful team in the history of the British Superbike Championship, with nine titles and a record‑breaking tally of wins and podiums. Founded by Paul Bird and now led by Jordan and Frank Bird, PBM continues to compete at the highest level of motorcycle racing while expanding its presence across multiple motorsport disciplines.
